Zucchini dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Unpeeled and grated zucchini
1 medium Onion; finely chopped
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
\N \N Sage to taste (strictly optional)
3 \N Eggs
¼ pounds Crushed crackers
½ cup Margarine; melted
½ pounds Velveeta cheese; cubed

Pour into greased 2-qt. casserole, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake an additional 20 minutes. (Different kids of cheeses may be used instead of the Velveeta.)
