Apple taffy cake

| 1 | pack | Yellow cake mix |
| 1⅓ | cup | Water |
| ½ | cup | Margarine -- softened |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| ¾ | cup | Graham cracker crumbs |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2½ | cup | Apples (about 3) -- peel & in chunks |
| ¾ | cup | Brown sugar |
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Mix cake mix, water, margarine, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl frequently, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes. Fold in apples. Pour into pan; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Bake about 38 to 43 minutes; cool completely.
