Yield: 4 Servings
|2 cups||Chopped Granny Smith apples; (1 lg. apple)|
|1½ cup||Sliced almonds|
|¾ cup||Chopped onion|
|¾ cup||Chopped celery|
Put all ingredients above in pan and saute. Stir in 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning, ¼ teaspoon salt, and toss with 6 cups of bread cubes. Then add 1 cup raisins, 1 beaten egg, and ½ cup cider or apple juice. Put in greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
