4 c Dry Bread Cubes 1 c Celery, chopped 1 Onion, chopped 2 tb Parsley Leaves, freshly chopped 1 Garlic Clove, minced 1 c Hot Water -or- Turkey Broth ¼ ts Black Pepper, ground ¾ ts Ground Sage ¼ ts Dried Marjoram ½ ts Dried Thyme Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix well. Stuff into a 10-pound turkey or four Cornish hens.
