Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Beans -- mashed |
2 cups | Soft bread crumbs |
2 \N | Eggs -- beaten |
1 tablespoon | Butter |
\N \N | OR bacon drippings |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
\N \N | Milk |
\N \N | Salt |
2 tablespoons | Onion -- chopped |
Combine all ingredients using enough milk to moisten. Pack firmly into well buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until firm.
Serve with tomato sauce.
