Apple meat loaf

Ingredients

| 2½ | pounds | Lean beef; ground |
| 1½ | cup | Prapared stuffing mix |
| 2 | cups | Apples; finely chopped |
| 3 | Eggs; (or egg substitute) | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt; (or to taste) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Prepared mustard; |
| 1 | large | Onion; minced |
| 3 | tablespoons | Prepared horseradish; |
| ¼ | cup | Catup; |
Directions
