Baked bean loaf

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Baked beans
1¼ cup Breadcrumbs
1½ cup Ff cheese; grated *
1 \N Onion; chopped
2 teaspoons Mixed herbs; (ie., an Italian herb blend)
2 \N Egg whites
\N 1 hour.

* I have cut this amount in ½, and even eliminated it completely. The loaf is so 'rich' it makes little difference at all.

Preheat oven 325F.
