1Carrot -- dice
3ouncesMushrooms -- slice
¼cupBroccoli florets
¼poundsCauliflower florest
3cupsLight cream
Pasta -- cook al dente
Parmesan -- grate

Directions

In a sauce pan heat butter. Saute onion, carrot, mushrooms and simmer 3 minutes. Add broccoli and caulflower; saute for 1 minute, then add cream. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour onto pasta and add parmigiano.
