Amerigos' primavera sauce

| 1 | Carrot -- dice | |
| 3 | ounces | Mushrooms -- slice |
| ¼ | cup | Broccoli florets |
| ¼ | pounds | Cauliflower florest |
| 3 | cups | Light cream |
| Pasta -- cook al dente | ||
| Parmesan -- grate | ||
Directions
In a sauce pan heat butter. Saute onion, carrot, mushrooms and simmer 3 minutes. Add broccoli and caulflower; saute for 1 minute, then add cream. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour onto pasta and add parmigiano.
