Garden-fresh summer sauce

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Diced tomatoes - (about 3 large)
½ cup Fresh corn kernels
½ cup Diced English hothouse cucumber or pickling cucumber
½ cup Sliced green onions
¼ cup Diced green bell pepper
¼ cup Plus 2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
2 larges Garlic cloves, minced
1 Jalapeno chile, minced
½ teaspoon Ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
