Spring primavera

½ | pounds | Asparagus; trimmed, in 1\" pieces |
1 | small | Red or green bell pepper; in short thin strips |
1½ | cup | Shredded carrots |
2 | Cloves garlic; finely chopped | |
1½ | teaspoon | Italian herb seasoning; crushed |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil; or veg. oil |
¼ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Cook fettucine as package directs; drain. Cook and stir asparagus, bell pepper, carrots, parlic and herb seasoning in skillet in hot oil over Medium-High heat, 3-5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Remove from heat. Stir in fettucine and cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
