All-purpose barbecue sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Salad oil
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
¼ cup Bourbon; sherry, or wine
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
\N \N Pepper; freshly ground, to taste

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator. Also use to baste meat as you cook it. Good on red meat, fish or chicken.
