All bran loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 cup All-Bran¨ Cereal
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Candied fruit; mixed fruitcake type
1 cup Milk; (use skimmed for vlf)
1 cup Self-rising flour

Mix All-bran, sugar, and fruit in a bowl, pour on milk, and let stand for 45 minutes. Add sifted flour and mix well. Grease a 2 lb loaf tin and line it with greaseproof paper. Fill with mixture and bake about 1½ hour in centre of oven at 325 F, Mark 3.
