Crusty bran bread

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Water
2 tablespoons Packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Molasses
2 tablespoons Butter melted
1½ teaspoon Salt
3¼ cup Flour
1 cup Natural bran
1½ teaspoon Quick rising yeast or
1¼ teaspoon Bread machine yeast

Remove baking pan from large 2lb/1kg bread machine. Add to pan in order water, brown sugar, molasses, butter, salt, flour, and bran.

Sprinkle yeast over top making sure yeast does not touch water mixture. According to manufacturer's instructions instructions, choose cycle appropriate to basic or white bread.
