9-day cole slaw

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Cabbage (shredded)
1 \N Onion (finely chopped)
1 \N Green pepper (finely chopped)
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Vinegar
½ cup Salad oi
2 teaspoons Celery seed
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt

PART B

Combine all part "A" ingredients and let stand a few minutes until sugar is dissolved.

Combine part "B" ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cool; then pour over the cabbage mixture and refrigerate. Will keep indefinitely Even freezes well.
