Yield: 2 servings
|1||Pork tenderloin, in 1 inch chunks|
|½ cup||Ritz cracker crumbs|
|½ cup||Corn Flakes, crushed|
|½ cup||Flour Morton's Nature seasoning|
|1 can||Cream of mushroom soup|
|1 can||Cream of chicken soup|
|½||To 3/4 c. milk Mozzarella cheese, shredded (as desired)|
Pound meat flat; dip into beaten egg mixed with 1 tablespoon milk, then dip into mixture of crackers, Corn Flakes and flour. Fry until brown. Season with Nature seasoning. Arrange in baking dish.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Pour over soups and milk. Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees. Can put under broiler (uncovered) to brown for 5 minutes if desired.
