Ingredients

1Pork tenderloin, in 1 inch chunks
1Egg
½cupRitz cracker crumbs
½cupCorn Flakes, crushed
½cupFlour Morton's Nature seasoning
1canCream of mushroom soup
1canCream of chicken soup
½To 3/4 c. milk Mozzarella cheese, shredded (as desired)

Directions

Pound meat flat; dip into beaten egg mixed with 1 tablespoon milk, then dip into mixture of crackers, Corn Flakes and flour. Fry until brown. Season with Nature seasoning. Arrange in baking dish.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Pour over soups and milk. Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees. Can put under broiler (uncovered) to brown for 5 minutes if desired.
