628004 pork tenderloin

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Aniseed
2 teaspoons Caraway seed
2 teaspoons Dill weed

Preparation : Brush soy sauce over meat, distributing evenly. On a sheet of wax paper combine aniseed, caraway seed and dill seed. Roll meat in seeds to coat evenly. Wrap meat in foil; chill 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Remove foil. In a covered grill arrange preheated coals around a drip pan. Place roast on rack over drip pan but not over coals. Close grill hood and grill 45 minutes.
