634025 pork tenderloin

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Pre-packaged tenderloins Apple juice Salt & pepper if desired MARINADE:--
½ cup Orange marmalade
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Garlic clove, crushed

Combine all ingredients well. Mix marinade and pour over meat. This can be done in the morning for dinner that night or can be marinated overnight. Follow directions on package to cook. Use apple juice in pan to keep meat moist while cooking. When done cover with tin foil to prevent meat from drying out. Slice into ½ inch slices to serve.
