|2½ cup||Cream style corn (or fresh) Salt and pepper to taste|
|2 \N||Eggs, beaten|
Brown ham in fat; add corn, seasoning, and eggs. Mix and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are set. Makes 6 servings.
