Squash-corn casserole (m_c-tx)

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Or 4 zucchini (or yellow summer squash) sliced
1 cup Whole kernel corn
⅓ \N Onion, chopped
1 \N Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
\N \N Salt to taste

Mix above ingredients and cook (or steam) until tender. Drain and top with: ¾ cup grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 .
