1 | each | Rib Celery, cut into 1 inch chunks |
1 | large | Onion, cut into 1 inch chunks |
1 | can | Chunky stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.) |
3 | tablespoons | Quick cooking tapioca |
1 | teaspoon | Browning sauce |
1/8-1/4 t Pepper | ||
1 | cup | Frozen peas |
Directions

In a Dutch oven, brown the steak in oil. Add the next 8 ingredients; cover and bake at 300 degrees for 4-5 hours, stirring twice. Add the peas during the last 30 minutes of baking. Serves 6.
