398444 pineapple cheese bake

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 (#303) can pineapple chunks
¼ pounds Velveeta cheese
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
4 tablespoons Flour Mini marshmallows

Drain pineapple juice into saucepan. Add sugar, egg and flour. Cook until thickened. Into 1½ quart casserole cut up cheese and mix with pineapple. Pour sauce over mixture and top with mini marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
