|6||Peppers, cut in half STUFFING:|
|1 can||Corn beef hash|
|1 can||Spam, ground|
|1 cup||Rice, cooked|
|1 cup||Corn, cooked Salt and pepper to taste Chopped onions may be added|
Remove seeds. Place in cold water with a little salt. Bring to boil; drain and cool in cold water. Add 6 homemade biscuits. Add enough canned tomatoes to thin as desired. Stuff peppers. Place a teaspoon of butter or margarine on top of each pepper. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. May be cooked at a lower temperature for longer time.
