Corn stuffed peppers

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Green or red bell peppers
2 cups Frozen corn, thawed
½ cup Soft bread crumbs
½ cup Cream
2 \N Eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons Melted margarine/butter
3 tablespoons Grated onion
2 teaspoons Parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Paprika

Remove tops and insides of peppers. Wash and drain thoroughly. Place the peppers upright in a shallow pan. Add ½ inch water to pan. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Spoon into peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
