Corn stuffed peppers

Ingredients

| 6 | Green or red bell peppers | |
| 2 | cups | Frozen corn, thawed |
| ½ | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| ½ | cup | Cream |
| 2 | Eggs, slightly beaten | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Melted margarine/butter |
| 3 | tablespoons | Grated onion |
| 2 | teaspoons | Parsley flakes |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
Directions
Remove tops and insides of peppers. Wash and drain thoroughly. Place the peppers upright in a shallow pan. Add ½ inch water to pan. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Spoon into peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
