Corn stuffed peppers

Ingredients

6Green or red bell peppers
2cupsFrozen corn, thawed
½cupSoft bread crumbs
½cupCream
2Eggs, slightly beaten
2tablespoonsMelted margarine/butter
3tablespoonsGrated onion
2teaspoonsParsley flakes
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonPaprika

Directions

Remove tops and insides of peppers. Wash and drain thoroughly. Place the peppers upright in a shallow pan. Add ½ inch water to pan. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Spoon into peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
