Measure | Ingredient |

6 \N | Green or red bell peppers |
2 cups | Frozen corn, thawed |
½ cup | Soft bread crumbs |
½ cup | Cream |
2 \N | Eggs, slightly beaten |
2 tablespoons | Melted margarine/butter |
3 tablespoons | Grated onion |
2 teaspoons | Parsley flakes |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ teaspoon | Paprika |
Remove tops and insides of peppers. Wash and drain thoroughly. Place the peppers upright in a shallow pan. Add ½ inch water to pan. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Spoon into peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
