Castle stuffed peppers

Ingredients

10White Castle hamburgers
3largesGreen peppers
2Eggs
¼teaspoonCumin
¼teaspoonChili powder
1Dash Tobasco (R) sauce
1Jar of your favorite salsa

Directions

Cut peppers in half lengthwise and core. Chop up hamburgers and mix in eggs, chili powder, cumin and Tobasco. Stuff peppers and place in baking dish. Top with salsa and cover. Bake at 350 deg F. for 45 minutes.
