Stuffed peppers #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
⅓ cup Chopped onion
2 cups Tomatoes
¾ cup Cooked rice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 cup Shredded cheese
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
6 \N Green peppers

Brown beef and onion. Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and ½ cup cheese to meat. Seed peppers and boil in lightly salted water 5 minutes. Drain and stuff with meat mixture. Place in casserole. Put any extra meat around the peppers. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
