*crockpot seasoned beef in sauce

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Round steak
¼ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 eaches Medium onions, sliced
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Molasses
½ teaspoon Ginger
1 cup Water
1 cup Sour cream
2 tablespoons Horseradish sauce

Cut round steak into cubes. Coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown cubes in small amount of vegetable or peanut oil. Put into a crockpot. Add onions, Worch. Sauce, curry, molasses, ginger and water. Slow cook 6 hours. Just before serving add sour cream mixed with horseradish.

I usually serve this over boiled brown rice, with peas and a cottage cheese pear salad.
