\"best\" apple nut pudding

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg
¾ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 tablespoons Flour; heaping tablespoons
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ cup Nuts;chopped;walnuts, pecans
2 mediums Apples; pared chopped fine

Break egg into bowl, beat with sugar and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and blend well. Stir in nuts and chopped apple. Bake in greased and floured 9-inch square baking dish or pan, in moderate oven (350^) for 30 minutes.
