Zucchini sandwich

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 slice Italian bread, toasted
1 slice Provolone cheese, cut to fit bread
½ small Zucchini, sliced
1 Thin slice Bermuda onion
1 dash Oregano leaves
2 tablespoons Shredded provolone cheese
1 slice Bacon, crisply fried and crumbled -OR-
1½ teaspoon Bacon bits

For each serving, top toast with cheese slice, zucchini and onion; sprinkle with oregano, shredded cheese and bacon. Cook uncovered on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
