Measure | Ingredient |

1 slice | Italian bread, toasted |
1 slice | Provolone cheese, cut to fit bread |
½ small | Zucchini, sliced |
1 \N | Thin slice Bermuda onion |
1 dash | Oregano leaves |
2 tablespoons | Shredded provolone cheese |
1 slice | Bacon, crisply fried and crumbled -OR- |
1½ teaspoon | Bacon bits |
For each serving, top toast with cheese slice, zucchini and onion; sprinkle with oregano, shredded cheese and bacon. Cook uncovered on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
