Ingredients

| 6 | cups | Zucchini; chopped, up to 8 |
| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 1½ | cup | American cheese; shredded |
| 1½ | cup | Bisquick |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Pour into large casserole or 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
