Ingredients

2 | cans | Squash |
1 | can | Cream of chicken soup |
1 | carton | (small) sour cream |
1 | Stick margarine | |
2 | mediums | Carrots; grated coarsley |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped fine |
1 | can | (small) pimentos; chopped |
1 | pack | Pepperidge Farm poultry stuffing mix |
Directions
Cook squash with salt, pepper & onion. Drain & mash. Mix margarine & stuffing together & cover bottom of baking dish with half of this mixture.
Then make a layer of all other ingredients mixed together. Top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
