Yield: 6 Servings
|1 can||Cream of chicken soup|
|1 carton||(small) sour cream|
|2 mediums||Carrots; grated coarsley|
|1 medium||Onion; chopped fine|
|1 can||(small) pimentos; chopped|
|1 pack||Pepperidge Farm poultry stuffing mix|
Cook squash with salt, pepper & onion. Drain & mash. Mix margarine & stuffing together & cover bottom of baking dish with half of this mixture.
Then make a layer of all other ingredients mixed together. Top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
