Squash casserole #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Squash
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 carton (small) sour cream
1 \N Stick margarine
2 mediums Carrots; grated coarsley
1 medium Onion; chopped fine
1 can (small) pimentos; chopped
1 pack Pepperidge Farm poultry stuffing mix

Cook squash with salt, pepper & onion. Drain & mash. Mix margarine & stuffing together & cover bottom of baking dish with half of this mixture.

Then make a layer of all other ingredients mixed together. Top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
