Squash casserole #2

Ingredients

1canCream of chicken soup
1carton(small) sour cream
1Stick margarine
2mediumsCarrots; grated coarsley
1mediumOnion; chopped fine
1can(small) pimentos; chopped
1packPepperidge Farm poultry stuffing mix

Directions

Cook squash with salt, pepper & onion. Drain & mash. Mix margarine & stuffing together & cover bottom of baking dish with half of this mixture.

Then make a layer of all other ingredients mixed together. Top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
