Zesty buttered peas

2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 pack Frozen peas -- 10 oz thawed
1 cup Celery -- sliced
½ cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Fresh savory -- minced
Or 1 1/2 tsp dried savory
½ teaspoon Salt -- optional
2 tablespoons Pimientos -- diced

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan; add the next five ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat for 6-8 min. or until vegetables are tender. Stir in pimientos. Yield: 6 servings.
