Yum yum sweet potatoes

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
4 tablespoons Margarine
1 tablespoon Vanilla
¼ cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs; beaten
¾ cup Brown sugar
⅓ cup Flour
1 cup Chopped pecans
½ \N Stick margarine

TOPPING

Mix together the sweet potatoes, 4 tablespoons margarine, vanilla, sugar and eggs and put into a casserole dish. To make topping: Mix brown sugar, flour, pecans, and margarine well together and spread on top of potato mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 persons.
