Yogurt scallion sauce

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons Finely minced scallions
¼ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Minced fresh cilantro
1 \N Garlic, clove -- minced
\N \N Salt and black pepper

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend. Taste and adjust seasonings. Set aside.
