Scallion sauce^

Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Rice vinegara
½ cup Scallions, minced
2 cloves Minced galric
1 teaspoon Minced fresh gingerroot
2 teaspoons Cornstarch DISSOLVED IN
¼ cup Water

Combine, boil, reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes.
