Yeast crackers

Yield: 100 Crackers

Measure Ingredient

Roll your favorite bread or roll dough through the pasta machine (as thin as you can manage it) or in thin sheets on a buttered surface and let rise on lightly buttered cookie sheets until double. Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes for a matzoh like treat. Be sure to prick each cracker before baking to ensure that air can escape and each cracker bakes thoroughly dry.
