Yeast free bread

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Wheat germ
2 tablespoons Oil
2 cups Milk or water

Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients. Add together and mix well. Place on floured board and knead 3-4 times. Shape into loaf and put in greased bread tin. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, then lower oven to 325 F and bake 1 hour longer.
