1 | can | (29 Oz) Peaches, Sliced -- drained |
1 | cup | Syrup From Peaches |
1 | pack | (3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin |
⅔ | cup | Cottage Cheese, Cream Style |
½ | cup | Chopped Pecans |
½ | cup | Whipping Cream |
Directions
Drain peaches and heat syrup to boiling. Add gelatin and cool until mixture is slightly thicker than unbeaten egg white. Stir in peaches, cottage cheese and pecans. Whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour into a 1-qt mold and allow to chill. Turn out to serve on buffet. Makes 8 servings.
