Ingredients

1canFruit cocktail, #303 can
½cupFruit cocktail syrup
1packPlain gelatin (Knox)
1packLime jello, 3 oz
1cupBoiling water
1Bottle whipped cream
3tablespoonsPowdered sugar
1pack8oz cream cheese
4tablespoonsMayonaise

Directions

Drain syrup and save ½ cup. Mix ¼ c water to 1 pkg of plain gelatin. Melt lime jello in cup of boiling water, add gelatin mixture, fruit cocktail juice and refrigerate. let this settle partially. In a separate bowl beat whip cream until stiff, gradually add powdered sugar. In another bowl beat cream cheese and mayonaise until very fluffy. Mix everything together in one bowl. Chill. Serve.
