Cranberry pecan mold

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Strawberry flavored gelatin; (3oz)
1 cup Hot water
1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce; (16 oz)
½ cup Chopped celery
½ cup Chopped pecans; (or more)
1 cup Sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until consistency of egg white. Remove from refrigerator and add broken up cranberry sauce, celery and nuts; fold in sour cream. Pour into a 4-cup mold that has been sprayed with vegetable spray; chill until firm. Unmold on a bed of letuce to serve.
