Witmor farms macaroni salad

Water To Cook Macaroni | ||
¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Salad Oil |
¼ | cup | Chopped Onion |
1 | cup | Chopped Celery |
½ | cup | Sweet Pickle Relish |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped Pimento |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Tarragon Vinegar |
¾ | teaspoon | Sugar |
dash | White Pepper | |
½ | cup | American Cheese -- shredded |
Cook macaroni in boiling water until done, about 7 mins. Drain and add salt, Worcestershire and salad oil. Stir in onion, celery, relish and pimento. In a separate container, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and pepper. Stir into salad and add shredded cheese. Chill before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
