Witmor farms macaroni salad

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Macaroni
\N \N Water To Cook Macaroni
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Salad Oil
¼ cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Chopped Celery
½ cup Sweet Pickle Relish
2 tablespoons Chopped Pimento
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Tarragon Vinegar
¾ teaspoon Sugar
\N dash White Pepper
½ cup American Cheese -- shredded

Cook macaroni in boiling water until done, about 7 mins. Drain and add salt, Worcestershire and salad oil. Stir in onion, celery, relish and pimento. In a separate container, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and pepper. Stir into salad and add shredded cheese. Chill before serving.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
