Wine marinade for steaks

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Oil, salad
1 cup Sherry, cooking; or red wine
½ cup Soy sauce
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons Garlic powder
\N dash Pepper; freshly ground

Combine all ingredients. Marinate steak 4 hours or overnight.
