Wine marinade for steaks
2 1/2 cups
Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Oil, salad |
| 1 | cup | Sherry, cooking; or red wine |
| ½ | cup | Soy sauce |
| 4 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 | teaspoons | Garlic powder |
| dash | Pepper; freshly ground | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Marinate steak 4 hours or overnight.
