| 3 | tablespoons | Flour | 
| ½ | cup | Chicken stock | 
| ½ | cup | Heavy cream | 
| ½ | cup | Cuvee superieur white | 
Directions
In a saucepan, heat the butter.  Add the flour.  Cook for 2 minutes. 
Add the liquids and simmer until thick.
