Wheat germ and oatmeal cookies

1cupCane or sorghum molasses
2Eggs, beaten
2teaspoonsVanilla
1cupRaisins or 1/2 c. ea. chopped nuts and raisins
cupWheat germ
2cupsRolled oats
¾cupWhole wheat flour
¾teaspoonSalt
½cupDry milk powder

Directions

Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Sift in the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Drop batter from a teaspoon (or larger spoon) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
