Wheat germ and oatmeal cookies

| 1 | cup | Cane or sorghum molasses |
| 2 | Eggs, beaten | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 1 | cup | Raisins or 1/2 c. ea. chopped nuts and raisins |
| 1½ | cup | Wheat germ |
| 2 | cups | Rolled oats |
| ¾ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Dry milk powder |
Directions
Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Sift in the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Drop batter from a teaspoon (or larger spoon) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
