Wheat germ & oatmeal cookies

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Cane or sorghum molasses
2 \N Eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Raisins or 1/2 c. ea. chopped nuts and raisins
1½ cup Wheat germ
2 cups Rolled oats
¾ cup Whole wheat flour
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Dry milk powder

Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Sift in the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Drop batter from a teaspoon (or larger spoon) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
