Cheddary artichoke snacks

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
20 slices French bread, toasted
1 \N Jar (6 oz.) marinated
\N \N Artichoke hearts, drained &
\N \N Chopped
¼ cup Bottled roasted red peppers
2 tablespoons Sliced green onion
1 pack (10 oz.) CRACKER BARREL
\N \N Extra Sharp Natural cheddar
\N \N Cheese, thinly sliced

TOP toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.

BROIL 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion. Makes 20.
