Western style broiled fish

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Orange roughy fillets =or=- |
1 | pounds | Whitefish fillets |
8 | ounces | Original, lite or fat free |
Western French Dressing | ||
2 | tablespoons | Ornage juice |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
Directions
Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Combine dressing, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, and ginger. Reserve ⅓ cup as sauce. Pour remaining mixture into fat dish. Dip fish pieces into mixture, turning to coat well. Cover and let stand to marinate for 15 minutes.
Remove fish from marinade and place on oiled broiler pan. Broil 4 inch from heat source for about 4 to 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Serve with reserved sauce.
