Hawaiian broiled fish

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Brown sugar; packed
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 \N Cl Garlic; crushed
1½ pounds White fish fillets
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley; minced

Recipe by: "Michelle M. Davis" <mdavis@...> Combine 1st 6 ingrediants, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes. Turning once.

Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5" from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
