Chinese halibut broil

Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion flakes |
| Halibut steak | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except halibut. Spread on both sides of steak.
Broil ¾ inch from heat for 8 minutes or until brown. Turn and broil on second side.
