Wesley's pinto bean bread

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Lard
1 cup Pinto beans; cooked & mashed well
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Whole milk; warm

All ingredients should be at or above room temperature before starting. Add ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start". --- Wesley Pitts
