Watermelon soup

6cupsVery cold watermelon juice made fron ripe, chilled, seeded watermelon
cupButtermilk, preferably Bulgarian style, or plain yogurt
1tablespoonGin (optional)
½teaspoonRose water (optional)
1pinchSalt --- GARNISH ---------
Chilled watermellon balls
Finely chopped fresh mint

Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the garnish and chill deeply.

Serve in large chilled goblets and garnish with the water melon balls and fresh mint.
