1¾ cup | Buttermilk, preferably Bulgarian style, or plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon | Gin (optional) |
½ teaspoon | Rose water (optional) |
1 pinch | Salt --- GARNISH --------- |
\N \N | Chilled watermellon balls |
\N \N | Finely chopped fresh mint |
Combine all the ingredients except the garnish and chill deeply.
Serve in large chilled goblets and garnish with the water melon balls and fresh mint.
