Watermelon soup

Ingredients

| 6 | cups | Very cold watermelon juice made fron ripe, chilled, seeded watermelon |
| 1¾ | cup | Buttermilk, preferably Bulgarian style, or plain yogurt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Gin (optional) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Rose water (optional) |
| 1 | pinch | Salt --- GARNISH --------- |
| Chilled watermellon balls | ||
| Finely chopped fresh mint | ||
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except the garnish and chill deeply.
Serve in large chilled goblets and garnish with the water melon balls and fresh mint.
