Watermelon soup

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Very cold watermelon juice made fron ripe, chilled, seeded watermelon
1¾ cup Buttermilk, preferably Bulgarian style, or plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Gin (optional)
½ teaspoon Rose water (optional)
1 pinch Salt --- GARNISH ---------
Chilled watermellon balls
Finely chopped fresh mint

Combine all the ingredients except the garnish and chill deeply.

Serve in large chilled goblets and garnish with the water melon balls and fresh mint.
